So apparently at this location, if you check in online.. and then again in the store, and you still get skipped in queue. Even after a stylist asks you at the front desk if you’ve checked in and you tell her yes, she will then start naming names from spot 2 down. 10/10 would not recommend this location, and would be very skeptical of Sports Clips as a whole.

Purchased a season pass from twin creek location. Had my father take my two boys to get a hair cut and gave him my punch card with to punches on it out of six. He than told me that they punched twice for each boy and when questioned about they said it two punches for each boy and the cards used up and threw the card away. I called and questioned this and they said they would look into it and call me back. Didn’t receive a call so I stop in and they said they checked and their records showed I had gotten 5 haircuts and had one left. I stated that they are mistaken and they basically told me I was lying and there computer doesn’t and gave me a pass for a haircut. I will never go to this location again
